The Peco Building is located at 2301 Market Street in downtown Philadelphia. The building is named after the company that occupies it, the Philadelphia Energy Company (PECo), currently PECO Energy Company.
The building is composed of two towers, the northern one has a height of 384 feet while the southern one has a height of 380 feet. The building was designed by the H2L2 architecture firm.
One of its most prominent features are the 38 feet high crown lights that have been in use since 1976. In 2009 and 2020 the lights were upgraded and today the messages are displayed on energy efficient LED lights.
